Ptelement Atelier provides educational course information and, where offered, digital learning products. You agree to provide accurate contact information and use the site lawfully and respectfully.
Course access and purchases
A catalog selection or cart entry is not a completed purchase. The cart demonstration does not process payment. Any enrollment, price, access period, and delivery terms are confirmed directly through the applicable purchase process.
Intellectual property
Course lessons, written materials, exercises, branding, and site content belong to Ptelement Atelier or its licensors. You may use purchased educational materials for personal study and may not resell, repost, record, or redistribute them.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund requests are reviewed under the terms presented at purchase. Contact us promptly with an order reference; access may be adjusted when a refund is approved.
Educational nature and limitations
Drawing instruction is educational and does not guarantee a particular artistic result. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
